My show at the Connolly Branch Library (Artifacts: City of the Forgotten) runs through June 15, and I am hosting a closing event on Saturday, June 7, from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. - Connolly Branch Library, 433 Centre Street, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130
If you're in Boston, I'd love to see you there.
Imaginary Worlds – Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center

I'm also showing two photographs from The Lone Earth project in a group exhibition called Imaginary Worlds at the Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center in Solomons, Maryland.
Here's a short statement about The Lone Earth:
I have been photographing miniatures for years, and this project emerged from a desire to translate the abstraction of landscape painting into photography. Using tiny miniatures allowed me to construct and photograph scenes quickly. Some of the materials I used included plaster, clay, acrylic paint, mirror, and, at times, Photoshop's generative AI to add elements like water.
I want to create images that evoke expansive landscapes and a sense of emptiness and loneliness. The resulting photographs feel like scenes from a sci-fi film that never existed, capturing a desolate beauty that feels timeless yet strangely familiar.
Below are the 2 photographs that are in the show.
Here are some other works in the series that are not on the show.
Painting
I've never considered myself a painter or someone who could draw. But over the past year, I've been teaching myself painting — something I've always been fascinated with. I didn't know exactly where the work was heading, but it inspired the constructed landscapes in The Lone Earth. Here are a few of those.
Test Version – City of the Forgotten (VR in browser)
I'm currently experimenting with a browser-based version of City of the Forgotten — not the whole project, but a test version that lets you explore a small part of the concept on your computer without a headset. I'd love your feedback if you have time to try it.
Try it here:

About the Project:
City of the Forgotten is a VR piece set in an abandoned, faceless metropolis. As you explore its silent streets, worn and brightly colored objects appear — relics of a culture that has forgotten itself.
Each artifact uses my hand-painted imagery, photographed, and applied to 3D models to give them a textured, weathered feel. These objects gather in a valley, forming a fragmented memory of a lost world.
The final project isn't a game or a linear story — it's an open-ended meditation on memory, cultural loss, and the fragility of historical awareness in an age consumed by the present.
